Our flat pack vitamin bottles come in two different sizes depending on the product and number of pills.

Size 1: 2 cm (width) x 8 cm (length) x 11 cm (height)

Size 2: 2 cm (width) x 10 cm (length) x 18 cm (height)

Both the above bottle sizes are letterbox friendly meaning you don't need to be waiting at home to receive the parcel. It will go straight through your letterbox. Please note for larger order quantities (4+ bottles) the order will not fit through your letterbox so if you are busy and cannot guarantee being at home to collect the parcel, we recommend splitting up your order so multiple parcels can be posted through your letterbox.

Disclaimer: These letterbox friendly vitamin bottles have been specifically designed so they fit through UK residential letterboxes. If you live in a country outside of the UK please double check your letterbox measurements so you are not later disappointed to find your parcel has been taken to your local post office because the parcel has been unable to be posted straight through your letterbox. All of our food supplements are packed in letterbox friendly bottles which means they can in most cases be posted straight through your letterbox without you needing to be at home to receive them. This does however exclude some larger orders. If your order cannot be posted straight through the letterbox a card will be left which will provide details on how you can collect your parcel. Usually it will be kept at your local post office or depot centre. 

If you have selected a tracked delivery service, once we have dispatched your order we will email you with your tracking number and tracking link so you can check on the status of your order.

Any order placed for delivery outside of the UK could result in import duties or custom charges. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods (that's you) to pay these charges prior to receiving their goods.

As we don't have control over country specific charges we are unable to advise what that cost may be. If you are unsure whether or not you will have to pay customs and/or import charges, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order with us.

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email so you can work out roughly when your parcel will arrive.

For tracked orders, use the tracking link provided in your email to check the updated status of your order.

Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to your local post office or depot centre.

Have you contacted your local customs office? In some countries you may need to pay import duties or customs charges before your parcel is released.

At checkout you can choose your desired payment method. Card validation and authorisation by ourselves and your card provider will take place to prevent fraudulent transactions taking place.

Once you have finished and all your items are in the basket then head to checkout. Here add your code in the 'Use code' box and click 'apply' for the discount to be deducted from your order total.

If for any reason the code doesn't work please double check you are not trying to use more than one offer. You can only use one discount code per order.

Head to the log in page and select 'forgot your password?'. Once you have entered the email address you signed up with, we will then send you an email so you can reset your password.

When you set up a subscription order we will deliver products you want at the interval you select for delivery. There is a 10% discount on every subscription order placed so you will pay the product price at the time of order less your 10% discount. You can be assured that any time a subscription order goes through you will be getting it for a discounted price to the active retail price at that time.
