Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange, provided it's unopened. Below are the details of our return policy.
Returns
You have 60 days from the purchase date to return your item. All returns must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email our customer service team at support@nutripact.co.uk to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, package the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address as provided in your correspondence.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return to complete the process. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. We’ll keep you updated via email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at support@nutripact.co.uk, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
