How to start a return?

Here they will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and further information.

Step 2: Post your return
Once you have been assigned your RMA number, securely package the item/s you are returning in its original packaging and send it to the return address as provided in your correspondence.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Step 3: We'll do the rest
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return to complete the process. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. We’ll keep you updated via email when your return has been processed.
*Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition/unopened and raised within 30 days of receipt.
