For 90% of orders we typically use Royal Mail, but depending on the size or value of your order, we may use alternative couriers like DPD, DHL, or FedEx.
If you're not at home during delivery, one of our couriers will either leave the package in a safe place or attempt to re-deliver at a later time. You may also receive a card with instructions for re-arranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a nearby depot.
