There are lots of products on the market, but the only way you really know if they hit the spot is by trial and error. Of course, as everyone is different, to a greater or lesser degree everyone will have their own personal opinions and experiences. However, they contain several important ingredientsfor overall male health.
Tribulus Terrestris - May boost libido, but little effect on testosterone.
Ashwagandha - Lowers stress and can modestly raise testosterone and fertility.
Zinc - Essential for testosterone and sperm; only helps if deficient.

I'm now over the 50 line in age and inevitably (along with all the mid-life stuff) you start to feel age creep up a bit physically. I'd say I'm actually in better shape now than I've ever been and I take care of myself as well as I can following the "use it or lose it" mentality. I weight train at least four days a week and walk as much as possible (can't run - thanks achilles).

I have been using this for a few weeks and I can notice the difference.
It is easy to take (small capsules).
I take it daily with water as suggested.
Sold as a testosterone support supplement.
They contain extracts of Ginseng, Aswagangha, Maca and Tribulis. All plants that are reported to help maintain or increase testosterone levels.
However, there are no definitive studies on humans that conclusively prove this.
They also contain Vitamin B6, D, magnesium and zinc, which do have proven studies of health benefits, so it's really your choice and belief.
Be aware Tribulus does have some contraindications with certain medicines and medical conditions, so check that before you make your decision.
Only a few days into using the Milk Thistle Complex and already feeling different. Bags under my eyes definitely reducing. Highly recommended.

I suffer from osteoarthritis and prostatitus. I hoped that changing my magnesium supplement might ease my knee pain. This has not happened yet but l am not ruling out that it still might. What has happened is that l am sleeping much better and only getting up 3 or sometimes 2 times to pee in the night when it was previously 5 or 6 times. I will definitely be ordering some more of these capsules soon.
