I am allergic to it. I took it for 3 days and had to stop
it brought my face & neck up in a red itchy rash.

I suffer from osteoarthritis and prostatitus. I hoped that changing my magnesium supplement might ease my knee pain. This has not happened yet but l am not ruling out that it still might. What has happened is that l am sleeping much better and only getting up 3 or sometimes 2 times to pee in the night when it was previously 5 or 6 times. I will definitely be ordering some more of these capsules soon.

I am not taking this in isolation but with c 4 litres of water, Lions Mane, Sea Moss, Artchoke, and a bucket full of fruit everyday. I feel so much better. I shall maintain my consumption until the end of the year, then take stock.
