Creatine allows your muscle cells to absorb more moisture and people claim it allows them to exercise harder. I'm not sure about the second part. My workouts never seem to get any easier... or... when they do, I just increase the reps or weight. So trying to make your workouts easier seems to be a bit of a misguided aim to me.
